We've introduced a FREE self-serve feature to your account
Sometimes plans don't work out and we want to make it easier for you to change your entry if something crops up. Maybe you're training hasn't gone to plan or you're double booked. We've now made it really easy for you to make a change.
As long as it's within our deadline of 4 weeks before the event, you can defer your entry as many times as you want for FREE. Unlike some companies, we don't charge to swap your entry to a different one! You can also swap from the Race to the Challenge to the 10k or the 5k after the deadline has passed even on race day!
It's not possible to defer your entry after the 4 week deadline because we need to place all of our orders and do our final preparations.
Simply login to your account and select 'Transfer' from the relevant entry.
