Transfers to the same or shorter distances at the event you're booked onto are FREE. Not up for the 14-18k Race? It's fine to swap to the Challenge or 10k. Feeling strong, then why not step the distance up or move to the Race?

You can swap yourself easily by logging into your account, selecting the appropriate entry and clicking 'Transfer', right up until 2 weeks before the event date. After that, you can drop us an email or even ask on the day (we'll let you know the deadline for that in pre-event information).

Up to 4 weeks before the event, it's possible to defer your entry to a future event FREE of charge. You can do that for all 2024 events right now. We'll have 2025 dates finalised soon but until then, we've setup a generic 'Deferrals from 2024 to 2025' event to 'hold' your entry until next year's dates are confirmed. You'll be able to transfer to the 2025 event of your choice when the dates are published.
