09:00 START: Lakeland Trails Ultra 55K (12 hour time limit)

11:00 START: Lakeland Trails 23K (5 hour time limit)

12:30 START: Lakeland Trails 14K (3 hour time limit)

Check Points, Feed Stations and Spectator Points information and Final Details will be available to download at least four weeks before the event. Don't forget - as we're pretty much a paper free organisation, your start number and electronic timing chip are collected on the race weekend from the Registration and photo ID will be required (passport/driving licence etc).

Full waterproof body cover, top and bottom with taped seams (note - jacket to have a hood, windproof is not sufficient), First aid kit (to include minimum blister plasters, bandage and zinc oxide tape to secure dressing), Spare base layer top - long sleeved, Hat & gloves, Whistle, Mobile phone (fully charged), Head Torch, Emergency foil blanket or bivi bag, Emergency food & drink (minimum one energy/muesli bar and 100ml water - additional to your general nutrition ie not to be eaten during the event).

Note : compass is optional, and poles and GPS are permitted. Suncream is also recommended.

The event venue, start and finish will be in Rothay Park, Ambleside. Map, profiles and GPX files of the routes will be detailed on the Course page

IMPORTANT - Strict Safety Cut Off Times will be operated for the event - these have been prepared for the safety of everyone in consultation with mountain rescue, safety, medical and communications experts and will be strictly adhered to. A broom wagon will follow runners around the course for anyone dropping out.
