Entries for the Bridgedale Derwentwater Sport Trail will be available on the day - pre entry closed on 23/08/08. The registration for number collection and entry on the day is open from 08.30 - 09.30 at the large marquee on Fitz Park.
This is the very first Bridgedale Derwentwater Sport Trail, and the course has been modified and is now 5km.

Cancellation, Transfers & Refund Policy
In the event of an entry cancellation, a refund, less an administration fee of £5 will be given to entrants informing us in writing of their entry cancellation at least 4 weeks before the date of the event. No refunds will be given with less than 4 weeks to go before the event.
Free transfers of individual entries are permitted between events on the same day – ie from the Trail Race to the Challenge, will be permitted providing we are informed in writing at least 14 days before the event.
Transfers of race numbers to another individual will be permitted on payment of an administration fee of £3. Competitors using this service are requested to let us know in writing well in advance, as start lists and number allocations are prepared 4 weeks before the event. Competitors using someone else’s number without informing us beforehand can have serious consequences in the event of a medical emergency. The accuracy of the race results is also affected when competitors are placed in the wrong event, age or sex category. Any competitor using someone else’s number will be disqualified.
Duplicate entries made in genuine error will be refunded in full.
No refunds will be given if the event is forced to be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, for instance by order of the Government or landowners due to Foot and Mouth disease.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel entry applications, or alter the date of the event, the course route or the distance.
