Final details and provisional start lists (see below) are now available for download. As the course crosses two sections of private property, we have been asked not to display the course map beforehand to deter people from running around the course !
The event requires over 100 marshals and stewards, so If you want to volunteer to help us in any way we would love to hear from you. Check out our volunteers page for more details.
"Superb race, superb scenery *boing* wonderful, wonderful race. my first time and loved every moment of it, even the long uphill... brilliant company of other runners doing it and friendly marshalls on the way round. absolutely breathtaking scenery, views were well worth any of the agony of the uphills. definately a favourite and will be back next year for sure :o)" Phal

13.00 Start : 17km PUMA Kentmere Challenge - Provisional START LIST
14.00 Start : 17km PUMA Kentmere Trail Race - Provisional START LIST
13.30 : Singer / songwriter Pete Lashley performing live
16.30 : Closing ceremony and prize giving

Kookaburra All Stars samba drumming band will be performing live during the day
Singer / songwriter Pete Lashley will be performing live for an hour (3.30pm - 4.30pm) before the prize giving, including his song "Lakeland Trails"
Our largest ever number of Spot Prizes (worth almost £1000), but you must be at the prize giving to receive your prize
Usain Bolt photo competition throughout the day - if you see one of our two official photographers, Pete Hartley or James Kirby, go into the iconic Usain Bolt pose and you could win some fabulous PUMA gear
